Topic: Purification Case Studies of Making Antibody Drug Conjugate Product for Early Phase Clinical Studies

Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) is a newly emerging class of antibody-based drug conjugates that works beyond mAb by combining the strength of both mAb and small molecule toxins. However the conjugation of the toxin to the naked antibody brings unique technical challenges on downstream purification development and manufacturing. In this presentation, detailed case studies will be provided addressing how to overcome those technical challenges while improving process efficiency, maintaining product quality and stability.

Who should attend: Professionals who are working in the fields of process development, engineering, manufacturing and related disciplines or who are interested in learning more about these areas.

Registration: Go to "Upcoming Events" page on www.sdbioprocessforum.org to RSVP

(Free of Charge, Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be provided by our sponsors Proven, Inc and Tosoh Biosciences)
