San Diego Delegation formed to attend 12th Guangzhou OCS

Four local organizations (SABPA, SDCCA, UCEA, and CAST-SD) are teaming up to organize a San Diego Delegation to attend the 12th Guangzhou Convention of Overseas Chinese Scholars in Science and Technology (OCS, http://www.ocs-gz.gov.cn/). OCS aims to establish a platform for exchanges of projects, investment, intellectual and information between overseas scholars and internal institutions, and now it has been the largest in scale, most-widely opened to the outside world, and longest since establishment. Both talents and business ideas are welcome at the convention.
If you are interested in attending OCS, please download application form (OCS Applications),fill out the application form (table 1, 留学人员报名表) and send it to ocsgz@gz.gov.cn along with copies of your highest diploma. Under group name, please use San Diego Delegation (圣地亚哥代表团（美中生物医学和制药专业协会，圣地亚哥中国人协会, 美中科技商务促进会和中国旅美科技协会圣地亚哥分会).
In addition, please send an email to fellow@gmail.com before November 25, 2009 and indicate your desire to join the San Diego Delegation for OSC along with your email/mobile phone contact info. Delegation organizer will arrange specific contacts and activities during conference time.
The registration deadline is Nov 30, 2009. The convention will be held on December 26 - 28, 2009.
圣地亚哥华人社团共同组团参加第12届广州留交会 （留学人员广州科技交流会）
圣地亚哥四个华人社团（美中生物医学和制药专业协会，圣地亚哥中国人协会，美中科技商务促进会和中国旅美科技协会圣地亚哥分会）将共同组成圣地亚哥代表团出席第12届留学人员广州科技交流会（简称留交会， http://www.ocs-gz 。gov.cn /）。留交会致力于建立海外学者和中国机构之间的交流平台， 用于交换项目，投资，知识产权和信息技术。留交会现在已成为规模最大，对海外最开放，和历史最悠久的留学人员科技交流会议。留交会诚邀精英人才以及拥有商业方案的人士的参加！
如果你有兴趣参加留交会，请从www.sabpa.org或www.sd4chinese.org下载申请表格（表1，留学人员报名表），填写后，请与申请人的最高学历复印本一同传送给 ocsgz@gz.gov.cn 。请在表格的“团体”选项中，选择圣地亚哥代表团（美中生物医学和制药专业协会，圣地亚哥中国人协会，美中科技商务促进会和中国旅美科技协会圣地亚哥分会）。

报名截止日期是2009年11月30日。该会议将在2009年12月26日至28日召开。
